It's an IDEAL brand-new hotel with very very helpful and decent staff members.

Good-sized and bright hotel unit with a bath on the terras. Location adjacent to the chinese restaurant as well as taxi. Also, close to airport:)))

Fantastic room, the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory especially for foreigners, outstanding food.

The rooms at Wyndham Sanya Bay are absolutely stunning! They are spacious, stylishly decorated, and have floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the South China Sea. I felt like I was living in luxury and the room had all the amenities I needed, such as 24-hour room service and air conditioning. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my vacation.

Personally, I found the emphasis on the color aqua blue in the room design a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just my taste, and I'm sure others would appreciate the unique touch.

Perfect, hip new property. New building and rooms with a bath on the terras. Very good breakfast especially for foreigners, free soft drinks. Marvellous location and near a bus stop. Walking distance to shopping centers and a supermarket across the street. Nice pool, parking onsite. Everything brand-new. Great experience there...

we had an exceptionally clean and bright room, also there were it's own balcony and a couch. the location was favourable, at a medium distance from holiday in beach.

During my recent business trip to Sanya, my director chose for us to stay at Wyndham Sanya Bay. I was pleasantly surprised by the various facilities available at the hotel, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The constant temperature swimming pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience after a long day of work. The hotel's attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant temperature in the pool was much appreciated. the hotel offered a range of other amenities that added to our overall experience.

One minor drawback was the high number of Russian guests at the hotel.

The family room at Wyndham was spacious, bright, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel restaurant offered a delicious breakfast, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The hotel staff were helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel's breakfast was great with a variety of Asian and Western dishes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balconies that had bathtubs. The hotel also had a great pool that had a separate kids pool.

The staff had communication issues and were unable to answer our problems efficiently. The hotel shuttle service to the nearby beach was available only at specific times, and the beach reserved for hotel guests only had limited umbrellas.

Lovely and helpful staff, good restaurants, nice pool area with comfortable seating, newly decorated rooms, free mini bar on first night. Kids outdoor pool heated and provides bath slippers, great buffet with Twinings tea selection and exotic fruits, spacious suite with free drinks, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and laundry liquid.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and enjoyed two complimentary soft drinks, a spacious room with a bathtub on the balcony, and a reasonable price for the Chinese restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located near a shuttle stop, a large supermarket, and a public bus route to scenic areas.

The area around the hotel was not the most attractive and there was some construction nearby. The service was also lacking, with slow food service and a mishap during a massage appointment.

Upgraded rooms, sea view, spacious, lovely pool area, swim-up bar, excellent staff.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, it was located conveniently near the airport and a shopping center. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast options were varied. Our room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and free soft drinks. the swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming with our children.

We were disappointed to find that there were no umbrellas or beach facilities on the beach next to the hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and thoughtfully detailed, making me feel like I was in a world-class hotel. As a disabled guest, the accessible amenities such as 24-hour room service and air conditioning were a huge plus for me.

While I enjoyed the aquatically blue highlighted tone throughout the room, some may find it a bit overwhelming. However, this is just my personal preference and others may still find it delightful.

Personally, I found the dark color scheme of the room a bit too aquatic blue for my taste. But I understand that some guests might appreciate the calming effect it creates.
